this is a highly recommended program although the workouts are very detail and time consuming you definitely get what you pay for. i have only been using this program for a short amount of time but the hard work is paying off. i have lost a total of 7 pounds so far, cant wait to see after long term use.

I recently finished the fitness legend weight loss program, and I’m pretty impressed. I’ve tried other programs before, but this one actually worked for me. Here’s what I liked:

Great Support: The online community amazing!

Easy Progress Tracking: The app made it easy to track my meals, workouts, and progress. Seeing results kept me motivated.
What Could Be Improved:

Tech Issues: The app had some syncing issues with my fitness tracker, but it wasn’t a huge problem.
Meal Variety: After a few weeks, the meals started to feel a bit repetitive. A bit more variety would’ve been nice.
