this is a highly recommended program although the workouts are very detail and time consuming you definitely get what you pay for. i have only been using this program for a short amount of time but the hard work is paying off. i have lost a total of 7 pounds so far, cant wait to see after long term use.

I recently finished the fitness legend weight loss program, and I’m pretty impressed. I’ve tried other programs before, but this one actually worked for me. Here’s what I liked:
